Batjee Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to Batjee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you and Batjee ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the Batjee website, mobile application, and all related services including sports betting, live casino, and slots.

Batjee is an online entertainment platform built specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet on Batjee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To use Batjee, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Batjee is strictly an adult platform and does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18.

Batjee reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age and identity. This may include a copy of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified time frame may result in your account being restricted or closed.

If we discover that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, we reserve the right to void all bets placed, close the account, and withhold any funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on Batjee. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any funds or bonuses in those accounts forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your email address, password, and any linked payment methods — up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Batjee will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow anyone else to access your account or use your balance to place bets.
• Batjee is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.

Batjee reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. You will be notified before any account closure is finalised.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Batjee are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method but Batjee aims to complete withdrawals promptly. Some withdrawals may be subject to a verification check before being processed, particularly larger amounts or first-time withdrawals.

• Batjee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds in your account are held separately and are not used by Batjee for operational expenses.
• Currency conversions are not applied — your PKR balance is always displayed and transacted in PKR.

5. Betting Rules

Batjee offers sports betting across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports, and other markets. Live in-play betting is available for selected fixtures.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Batjee:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Batjee reserves the right to void a bet if it was placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or manifest error in pricing.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market, which are available in the platform's help section.
• Batjee may impose maximum stake limits per bet or per event. These limits are applied at the platform's discretion and may vary by market, event, or player history.
• Any bet placed using bonus funds is subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements in addition to these general betting rules.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including patterns that suggest match manipulation or coordinated abuse, will be investigated. Batjee reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such patterns are identified.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Batjee offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as defined in each promotion's specific terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering amount and eligible games or markets will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms specifically permit otherwise.
• Batjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, including where a player is found to have abused the bonus system or created duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• If your account balance drops to zero before wagering requirements are completed, any remaining bonus balance will be removed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Batjee and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account or using someone else's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or access the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Batjee platform without written permission.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Batjee staff or other users.

Batjee monitors betting and account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, we reserve the right to void all relevant bets, freeze account balances pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities where required.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Batjee may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We are unable to verify your identity, age, or payment details.
• We detect or suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You request self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds relating to voided bets or suspected abuse may be withheld pending investigation. Legitimate remaining balances not subject to dispute will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the investigation is concluded.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting Batjee support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
